1. Who we are

MorSal Technologies LLC is a limited liability company with its principal business office at 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA and its registered agent at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at [email protected] or +1 786 435 0808.

We are related to MorSal S.A.S., a company based in Cali, Colombia, which operates the Colombian version of this website. Where this policy refers to our “affiliate,” it means MorSal S.A.S.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you give us: your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in, the content of your message, and a record that you accepted this Privacy Policy when submitting the contact form (including date and time).
  • Information from your communications: if you email, call or message us (including on WhatsApp), we receive your contact details and the content of the conversation.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, language and basic security logs generated by our hosting and security providers when you visit the site.
  • Analytics information (only if you consent): pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data collected through Google Analytics 4. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health data) through this website. Please do not send it to us through the contact form.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiries, prepare proposals and provide our services;
  • operate, secure and troubleshoot the site, and prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
  • understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, only with your consent);
  • communicate with you about our services where you have asked us to or where the law permits;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements and protect our rights.

We do not use personal information collected through this site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell it.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf under contract, such as web hosting and security/CDN (Cloudflare), contact-form email delivery (EmailJS), our email and productivity provider, and, only with your consent, Google Analytics;
  • Communication platforms you choose to use to contact us, such as WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms), which handles messages under its own terms and privacy notice;
  • Our affiliate MorSal S.A.S. (Colombia), when needed to handle your request or deliver services across both companies;
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) bound by confidentiality;
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect rights, safety and security;
  • A successor in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under state privacy laws). We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and remember your choices. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and of any sale or sharing of your information. Our site does not alter its behavior for “Do Not Track” headers because there is no common standard for them; GPC is the signal we honor.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • contact-form and email inquiries: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer;
  • customer and contract records: for the duration of the relationship and the period required by tax, accounting and limitation laws;
  • analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics (we aim for no more than 14 months);
  • security logs: typically 12 months or less, unless needed to investigate an incident.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a security incident affects your information we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law. See also our Data Protection & Security Notice.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws (for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Oregon and a growing number of other states) may give you some or all of these rights:

  • Know / access the personal information we hold about you and receive a portable copy;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do none of these);
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it through this site);
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
  • Appeal our decision if we decline your request.

How to exercise them: email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request,” or call +1 786 435 0808. We will ask for information needed to verify your identity (for example, confirming the email address you used to contact us). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by up to 45 more days when reasonably necessary, telling you why. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal”; if you are still not satisfied you may contact your state attorney general.

Because we currently honor these rights voluntarily for all U.S. residents regardless of state thresholds, you do not need to prove that a particular state law applies to you.

9. Notice for California residents

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) applies to us, this section supplements the policy. In the past 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, IP address), customer-record information (company, message content), and internet or network activity (analytics, only with your consent). We collect them directly from you and from your browser, for the business purposes listed above, and disclose them to the service providers listed above. We have not sold or shared personal information in the past 12 months. We have no actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): California residents may ask once per year for information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we make no such disclosures.

CalOPPA: this policy is available from every page of the site through the footer link.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required by state law). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors and data transfers

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and, through our affiliate, Colombia. If you access the site from another country, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection rules than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments with our providers.

We currently direct this site to the United States and Colombia. Before we offer services in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Canada or Australia, we will publish the additional notices and mechanisms those jurisdictions require.

12. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp). Their privacy practices are their own; please review their notices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
